This combination in the 4th, 10th & 11th house gives Rajyog and in the 1st/10th house in Cancer can give Maharaj yog. In other trines it produces Kali Yoga (i.e. the person has to face a lot of strife & hardship and by worshipping Maha Kali Rajyog results).
