Janma Nāma
The Harivaṁśa purāṇa mentions Chitra (चित्रा) as the janma nāma i.e. birth name of Subhadrā. It means bright, clear, excellent and colourful like a picture. This nakṣatra holds the horoscope picture of all souls and the karmic records.
